Dominique Fequiere

Associate Attorney

As an associate attorney, Dominique Fequiere has devoted herself to providing her clients with excellent representation, whether it be advocating for their interests in Court almost daily, guiding her clients through the unfamiliar litigation process or thoughtfully composing persuasive legal arguments.

Dominique works on litigating all kinds of medical malpractice and personal injury cases and has helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of injured New Yorkers who have suffered devastating injuries across New York City and Long Island.

Dominique has worked in a variety of legal positions including a position drafting contracts between major health care providers and insurance companies with the General Counsel of Visiting Nurse Service of New York, representing indigent clients in criminal matters at the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County and assisting in high profile federal prosecutions at the Office of the United States Attorneys for the Eastern District of New York.

As a law student, Dominique often represented St. John’s University before seasoned litigators and judges at mock trial competitions across the nation, and has remained involved by coaching current St. John’s students. She also served as a Regional Secretary for the National Black Law Student Association, the largest student-run organization in the country.
