Biography
Perry D. Silver, Esq., graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1979. In 1980, he was admitted to practice in all four federal district courts in New York State, as well as in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Silver gained valuable professional experience working with Schneider, Kleinick & Weitz, one of the nation’s leading personal injury firms, from 1992. During that time, he obtained what was then the third-largest award nationally in a Childhood Vaccine Injury case in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Silver is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. For more than 30 years, he has been a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association) and is also a member of the Labor Law Committee of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
