Tracy Solomon

Tracy F. Solomon, Esq., is an associate attorney at Silver & Kelmachter, LLP whose practice is devoted exclusively to medical malpractice litigation. Since 2015, she has represented clients at both plaintiff-side and defense-side firms, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the evaluation and litigation of complex malpractice claims.

Ms. Solomon has experience handling matters at both the trial and appellate levels and is involved in all phases of litigation, including medical record review, discovery, motion practice, deposition preparation, and trial support. She works closely with the firm’s partners and senior attorneys in developing case strategy and preparing matters for trial.

Ms. Solomon earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Fordham University. She is admitted to practice in New York State courts and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
